This Mum needs our support xxxx Hi would u mind posting when youre able anonymously thanks. Im wondering if anyone knows of a local-Napier -post natal dep group that I could connect with or friendly ppl. Im not sure if j have pnd but feel pretty miserable at present...newborn, has reflux, cat naps in day so I cant sleep and sleeps fitfully at night, recent close member of family died, husband grieving and not on deck with baby at all-good with elder sibling but not baby. Having lots of arguments, Im trying to do it all (he wouldnt agree) whilst recovering from op. Milk supply going down as not eating enough nor drinking am stressed and exhausted. Hard to know of down due to pnd or current situation/sleep deprivation. No family support nearby. Feeling v sad, overwhelmed, and lonely. Sound like pnd? Anyone else just had baby who can identify? Any ideas or advice? Even someone/gp who I could connect with online-going out seems like such a mission at the moment. Thanks o and a 😞
