Thank you for the add. I have been just vegan for about 14 years and a few weeks ago decided to try following the Raw Till 4 diet, and had a question that I was having trouble finding an answer on my own. Why no wheat pasta, but corn pasta is okay? All I can find is that the wheat is too processed, but wouldnt corn, also a grain be going through the same process? I remember someone telling me its because people cannot process gluten well, but that seems to be more of a case by case basis to me. Real reason? Source? Data?
