update: good news bad new thing. but good outweighs the bad kinda. the increase in cemo dose is working. all 5 tumors are about the same size as they were on last cat scan. no significant increase.i will live a while longer, if i limit activity. tumor in heart still limits its ability. i feel a little worse cause of the increase in chemo. trying to find that balance, do some good but still give me some quality of life, .the one on spine i just had radiation on is about same size but broke up a bit. good news, it seems to not be increasing, radiation did stunt its growth. , the bad news it it is still pressing on nerves beside spine, the pain will continue. will do pet scan in three months to check for any new ones or growth of these. bad news is stomach feeding tube has to stay in, hate that damn thing but only way i can maintain my weight.. the other bad news is the increase in chemo dose is slowing tumor growth but now increasing some of the side effects. trade off. will hurt appetite and energy and still have tendency to throw up if i dont take enough nauseous pills. for pain percoset helps but keeps me awake all night. for some reason morphine now makes me throw up, damn i was getting to like it..
