Hundreds of illegal claimants have seen it over the last year or so: no answers (because none exist!). -------------- The biggest lie you have been told is that it is illegal to come to Australia by boat seeking asylum. This lie is repeated again and again. It is NOT currently illegal to seek asylum by boat. Dont believe me? Well heres a challenge for you that will be a cinch if it really is illegal: 1. What is the name of the act that makes it illegal? 2. Which section(s) of this act make it an offence to seek asylum by boat? 3. What is the penalty for a breach of this section(s)? Specify the section which refers to the penalty. 4. Why have there been zero (0) people charged for seeking asylum by boat? If it was illegal, surely people would be prosecuted for their actions. If you can provide correct answers to these questions, I will donate $1,000 to the Liberal Party. You can phone a friend if you want (ask one of the ministers for instance). Well Michaelia?
