Thank you for your patience, ComSouth customers. The issue impacting Internet service speeds has been resolved. If you still are having an issue please call your local ComSouth office to place a trouble call as you may have an issue specific to your premise not related to the issue addressed earlier this morning. An audit is being conducted on the two circuits that had the intermittent issue to determine why the fail over to back up circuits for connection to the outside world from ComSouths network did occur as designed. Again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
