Thank you not just today, but always to the men & women of the US armed forces. Past, present, future. Without your bravery we would not know freedom. You & your family & friends are in my heart for all you sacrifice & for your boundless bravery. For those of us less impacted, let today serve as a reminder that EACH day there are soldiers missing his/her family, the first steps of an infant, the amazing change in their toddler, their childs first day of school, their sons Friday night football game, their daughters first formal dance....the milestones parents live for. Husband & wife spend the joyous holidays & the painful tragedies without each other. They spend nights alone & count down the days until they see each other again. This list could go on forever. Just remember that every single day, every single moment, a soldier is sacrificing things s/he loves to fight for our freedom. THANK YOU
