Thank you to Thom Nesbitt for this nomination...... The youngest veteran in the lineup in his first visit to the veteran ring stood proud and (somewhat) strong on the stack. He focused intentlly on the food, almost to the point of distraction. His movement was surprisingly easy moving and covered sufficient ground with a minimal amount of effort. Interesting to note, this dog seemed to look to the crowd with every step on the go. His markings, once strong, were somewhat faded, but still evident of his breed. His broad shoulders laid back well to a slightly soft topline that had seen better days. His depth of chest was correct, but his underline was somewhat low and soft. Strong broad croup with abundant hind quarters and very well muscled limbs. His feet were somewhat flat, but not unexpected at this age. This specimen would still be considered an asset to any breeding program. The class winner today, but he could benefit from a few more laps around the yard. I nominate Wendy Paquette and Bill Shelton.... please write a critique of yourself as a showdog ! Enjoy :)
