Thank you to all of my dedicated staff who attended our training session this morning. We had a great time. Shared new ideas, covered our lesson plans for the holidays, shared our teamwork ideas. The staff members are excited, and the love they have for their position at the center shows with the discussions we have at these meetings. We learn so much from one another, and each staff member attends different training sessions that are offered in different areas around the area. This year our staff attended training in Birmingham, Tennessee, Mobile, Talladega, New Orleans, and Georgia. I love seeing seeing these staff members bringing back into the class room what they have learned themselves in class. We are now studying Montessori schools, and I would like to implement some of their lessons into our curriculum. Thank you again to my outstanding staff. This group of ladies are willing to go above and beyond. Each person wants to meet and exceed the standards that have been put in front of them. Our parents have been great with donating art supplies, recyclable items, and ideas for science and edible craft ideas!
