Thank you to all our supporters who attended the Yorkhill Christmas Concert last Sunday and helped to make it the best yet! What a night – fantastic performances and lots of festive fun, finished off with a roof raising Christmas sing along. We are delighted to announce that thanks to your generosity over £22,000 has been raised for our Give the Gift of Hope appeal. We have a big Yorkhill thank you to say to many people, without whom the event would not have been such a huge success. Thank you to our great host Jackie Bird for keeping the night on track and to our wonderful performers – the Kirkintilloch Male Voice Choir, The Riverside Youth Band, Belmont House School Choir, the Scottish Police & Community Choir and Nicholas McDonald. Our fabulous Yorkhill volunteers worked hard to ensure the night ran smoothly and a big thanks to the staff at the beautiful City Halls for all their help. Santa and his elves even took time out at his busiest time of year to come along – thanks Santa!
