Thank you to all those who have been praying and inquiring for an update on my health. I am beyond relieved to report I do not need a heart valve replacement, at this time! I do have a moderate level of regurgitation of blood making its way back in instead of making its way out, which explains the chest pain (one side enlarging) & exhaustion. However, it is not to a point where I need a replacement. Told to reduce stress, rest more, & drop some weight without much exertion.... Anyone have some good sound nutrition advice for me to drop weight without much exercise, because my body usually requires it to drop a single pound. Unfortunately, with all the health challenges & medications this last year Im at my highest weight ever. Back to the good news: I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A VALVE REPLACEMENT! Thank you Lord!!!
