Thank you to all who are voting for Justin Simmons in the Slam Dunk Contest. For those who did not catch the beginning reason why I am really pushing for Justin to win (in no particular order) 1. He is a player on my husbands team 2. Since we moved to Omaha, Omaha Mens Basketball has been a constant supporter of Angelman Syndrome awareness and fundraising. 3. Justin is a thoughtful, fun-loving and warm-hearted individual who is one to seek Emma out to say hello. 4. Justin has come through some hard times and worked hard (broken hands while playing HS basketball, had to quit first college he attended due to lack of funds, All American Track Athlete, helping to raise his 3 year old son, rigorous schedule of a college athlete, death of his brother and Aunt while here in Omaha) 5. In spite of all of these challenges, he will be graduating in May - as scheduled - with his degree! He deserves to end his college career on an amazing note! Please vote for him each and every day and seek out a few friends/family to do the same.
