Thank you to everyone for the praise on my weight loss. The eating habit I have now is a simple routine that I do not get bored with. Breakfast consists of: Oatmeal (1cup) with either strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, some walnuts, raisins, and a banana, two slices of bread toasted and a yoplait yogurt (light). Lunch consists of fresh fruit and a protein bar. For you people in Maine, Suppa consists of a salad, vegetable and a choice of either Talapia, Salmon or a Chicken breast. I also have a routine of walking 3 to 6 miles everyday. Once a week, I might have a desert or something different.
