Thank you to my friends who have taken the time to write me a short message reminding me of my morality (not just looking at you, Allem Mer). Im not going to lie, I was amazed and humbled by the number of people who simply took the time to say happy birthday to me. In the past few years Ive lost touch with a lot of you due to the fact that I live in NB, and it pains me much of the time to think about how life progresses onward without so much as a hint of consideration for the good times and priceless memories weve shared. A part of me often fantasizes about freezing time, or traveling back to particular moments or conversations shared with many of you, so that I could look you in the eye or take the opportunity to tell you how much I care and value your friendship. Alas, life is not so accomodating, though I remain blessed with the gift of memory itself, and so say to you now that I often think about most of you, fondly, and those thoughts help me continue onward, ever onward, down this long and winding road that we once shared.
