Thank you to the best mom in the world, my mom, Barbara Huizingh, for everything! This time has been such a blessing to me! Ive gotten to know you so much better and have learned to see me through your eyes. And just how much you love me, your 39 year old daughter, and that you would do anything to make me smile, laugh and enjoy the life God has given me. Mom, you never cease to amaze me with your faith, your generosity, your ability to love and how your heart grows to embrace each new friend you make. So many things you do make me so proud to be your daughter- how youve lived and smiled and stood in faith through losing your husband and our dad. How youve allowed others to stand in the gap for you and how youve continued to do the same for others in need. Your bravery to live each day and continue to grow as a child of God. So many things make me glad that youre my mom- youve cried with me, picked out paint colors with me, cooked for me when my day is long, tried new things Ive made for you, listened to countless frustrations with building this house, tried to get the spots out of my green vest, woke me up when I fall asleep on the couch and so many other things. Im so blessed to have you, mom. Im blessed we are as much friends as we are mother and daughter. Thank you for everything. I love you, mom:)
