Thankful for the quiet evening. Hard to ever really rest in a hospital, were all exhausted, but no crying out in pain during the night. She woke up and ate a few hash browns, and walked almost on her own the few steps to her in-room potty. All that action, and no morphine=a really bad episode. Had to wait for the loritab to get here, as the doc wants her off of the morphine if possible. Cant take that home with us, and we need to get to a place where well be able to help her manage her pain at home. The results of her MRI showed no significant neck injury, so thats great, but still not sure why left arm numb, weak, and/or hurting. A physical therapist is coming to see her later today. Please pray specifically for her left arm/hand. We hope to move to a regular room today. Although doing better, this last episode shows us that shes still a really sick little girl.
