He was quick, professional, and even taught me a little about locks. An unsung hero who has probably saved the days of many people, but does not get the recognition he deserves. In addition, the young lady I spoke with on the phone was also on my side workign to find a person to come out and help me deal with a door that would not lock. She was calm, proactive, and very communicative in making sure all parties involved were on the same page and had the same expectations. So - my hat off to Daniel, the young lady on the phone organizing resources, and the team and Concord Locksmith. Because of you, I get to rest easy knowing my business door is not open over night till the morning. Keep up the great work and know that what you do makes a difference!
