Thanks John S. for your comments about Leading with Honor – these are the kinds of comments that we love to hear – “This book leaps to the top of the list of books Ive read on leadership. I found it unusually helpful for three reasons. First, Ellis principles are solid. They are the polar opposite of esoteric theory. Second, he brings home his points with examples from the Hanoi Hilton. Such dramatic illustrations make the points very clear and impactful. Finally, he also uses examples with which normal business people can relate. Examples from the Fortune 500, small businesses, and not-for-profits tell us that the lessons from the Hanoi Hilton translate to our lives. I learned from the book and the lessons I learned will make me a better leader. Thats why I read such books and why I gave it such a high rating. I have to add that it was a pleasure to read and I read it the first time in two sittings.”
