Thanks Maestro Lives! I think that Americans have class. We have showed our compassion as a nation time and time again. Unfortunately we have also shown that we can be controlled by Corporations who act only out of greed, libertarian values, and deception. We have been misled by those who want to live in the past, a past that is painted as perfect. Greed and fear of change is the motivator of this refusal to accept science, the future, to accept each other , and accept fellow human beings as worthier than a corporation. We just need to stop confusing ideologies and emotions with facts, to pull the blinders built from greed and misinformation like Libertarianism, Fox news, reality TV, off our eyes and help each other. We need to hold Human beings above the ideas they believe and recall that each person is not a commodity to be traded and bargained and lied to, but a person with feelings and dreams, hopes , and families that love them. Only through compassion that we find our way to a brighter future. ...By the way Hitler and Chaplin were born in the same year four days apart.
