(follow-up fro previous posts) Dear Governor, As a concerned citizen once again I write in protest of the treatment of our citizens by those we elect and have trusted in to lead us. In my previous correspondence with your office I expressed my concern of the many violations the Obama Healthcare law imposes on the United States Constitution, serious violations that threaten our freedom, the future welfare and well-being of our children and their families, as well as future generations. Existing laws that are quickly applied to the average citizens when violated are not being applied to the elected and appointed public officials. Article 6 of the Unites States Constitution, Paragraph 1 and 2: This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; Shall be the Supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and Judicial Officers, both of the United States and the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States. Article 2 of the United States Constitution (The Oath of Office) Paragraph 9: Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”. If in fact there are no enforceable penalties for people who willfully violate their oath they are simply not bound to that oath, but in each of the several states we find perjury laws and with these laws citizens go to jail for violating them, on all state and federal applications, we citizens are warned – Under the penalty of perjury we must comply with truthful answers as we were sworn in to do. Every single one of the people who voted to pass a bill that was never read by anyone is guilty of perjury and cannot possibly claim they were representing anyone other than their political party and the President who demanded from them the passage of the health care law. Committing Acts of Treason is illegal, reporting them should not be. Snowden only reported the violations of the United States Constitution that are being committed by our Government against the American Citizens, the laws of each perspective State and the Public Trust, he did not commit them. Because the citizens of every state have been affected financially due to the criminal acts of their Legislators it is reasonable to assume that each state should file criminal charges against each of the guilty parties, including the President of the United States for perjury, abuse of power, fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud against the American people, and it is clearly an issue of National Security because it has been proven by the democratic party that when people are not held to their oath they can with ease, over throw the United States Government just as they may have done, time will soon tell, this matter cannot be ignored. All parties involved must be punished to the full extent of the law. I urge you to take action in behalf of the people of your state, in behalf of your state, in behalf of the United States, and most especially in behalf of the Constitution of the United States, which is the Supreme Law of Our Land.
