Thanks Teri. I actually really needed this today. I have gotten myself in the position of taking care of everyone else and not even knowing who I am any more. My schedule is 100% based on everyone else and what they need from me and how I can help them through their situations. I feel guilty if I tell someone No, and I have to regroup and regain myself and be willing to take my life back. Much easier said than done. sigh...
