Thanks everyone for all the support yesterday! Another great competition under the belt. This competition was a beast, with some heavy lifts, and some marathon WODs. A lot of PRs were made as our team competed with intensity and pushed harder than ever! Im so proud of my teammates Bobby Cunningham, Jennifer Bleeker, BJ Conklyn, Shelby Miller, and Caitlyn Noyes! You guys rock! Thanks for the great day! Now, Im enjoying a relaxing recovery day with my girls!
