Thanks everyone who came to last night drills session. we drilled and ran through the bottom game techniques of Jaime Canutos seminar: RECAP - Jaimes setup for the armbar Jaimes setup for the triangle The CANUTO grip from the bottom Sweep from bottom once the CANUTO grip is established. Class is on as usual this Friday. For this Friday, We will be drilling top game techniques from Jaimes seminar. Passes from open guard, passing when in a spider guard and passing when in Lasso guard. Instructor Pedro Garcia is competing this Saturday in Lisbon at the IBJJF Euros 2015. Send him good vibes people! OSS
