Thanks for accepting me. My plantar fascitis does not bother me anymore since I stopped teaching and am no longer on my feet all day. But I joined to warn people never to get the surgery called fascia release. I had this and it does terrible things to your foot later on in life to the point where you cannot walk a long distance without pain. This surgery gives temporary relief but because the fascia is cut it destabilizes the bones of the foot so the foot grows a size as well as the bones of the foot fall and your foot becomes flat setting you up for big problems later.
