Thanks for accepting my request. Hello fellow campers. My name is Gene Arnold and my wife is Kim. We recently graduated from tent camping - mainly because I am too old and too fat to sleep on the ground anymore - and was GIVEN a 1980 Winnebago Brave motor home. It is in ROUGH shape at best. But we managed to drive it to my cousins property where we camp several times a year. The motor home has seen better days. And at this point need major engine work, new 19.5 tires, roof leak repaired, refrigerator, and A/C unit. All of which we have survived without. We made due and we didnt have to sleep on the floor. Now we are in the market for PURCHASING a new or gently used travel trailer. We went to a Camping World over 2 hours a way from our home. We liked a 2013 Rockwood mini lite 21 ft TT with a slide out and external kitchen etc... They want $15,995 and we went through their preliminary paperwork last Saturday afternoon. I gave them $100 to hold. Have not heard a word from them and its Wednesday night. Since then, we have been on a few websites of more local camper places and to our surprise a NEW 2015 25 ft model 25KS Micro Lite TT was only $16,999!!! The most appealing thing to me on this model 25KS was the bathroom... It was HUGE!!! Im a BIG guy and this is important to me. The bathroom was the entire width of the back of the trailer!!! So... now my questions to all of you experienced TT owners... What brand should I be looking for? It is just my wife and I and we cant pull anything huge because we only have a GMC Emvoy XL. Something not exceeding 24 or 25 ft. Money is an object and I would like to keep it under 20K... preferably under 15K...
