Thanks for adding me to this group, I have story to tell that most find unbelievable. I dont care if most do not believe me if only a few believe thats fine. If my post is deleted thats fine as most sites who claim they believe in the constitution for some reason have a hard time believing. My family is in Dire Distress Our government has an entity called CPS they deny you of all constitutional rights and have immunity to do so. On Aug. 21,2014 my children were legally kidnapped by domestic terrorists aka Cps. No abuse, neglect, or exploitation. We just refused entry without a search warrant, and refused services that didnt fit our criteria. My wife is 1/4 Cherokee they have violated ICWA, and claim all three bands of Cherokee failed to reply. They have been holding my children hostage in foster care with registered Cherokee foster family for almost two months, while they try to dig up dirt on us. They have found nothing as we are innocent. While in foster care weekly my children have unexplained injuries they medically neglect. We have had to demand they take our son to the ER when he had a head injury they claim no concussion, yet when we recieved the medical records my son had a slight concussion. This can happen to anyone as doctors are now required to ask children if mommy and daddy have guns in the home if the child answers yes CPS will be knocking on your door. Please, heed my warning and educate yourself on these domestic terrorists, as we never expected ro be targeted by such monsters.
