Thanks for all the support and well wishes. After serving 10 years in the Army, I met some great people. One of them was this guy and his awesome wife. We were roommates in Korea and competitors together this past weekend in Tuscaloosa. Good friends are hard to find. Im honored to know this guy and his wife. Congratulations. I worked 13 hours days 8 days a week, followed my dieticians plan while my trainer pushed me past my limits to achieve what was once a dream. There are no limits to what you can achieve. Dont wonder if you can. Just Do it. Greater is He thats within you. Congratulations to everyone who competed yesterday and everyone brave enough to pursue your dreams!
