Thanks for taking action on this Norma Hennessy. Vigilance should start from the Philippine government agencies processing the validity of immigration documents. A complete clean up of immigration agencies is in order to stop this illegal trade practice. It is morally wrong to feed false hopes to countless Filipinos whose only participation in this scheme of things is to dream for a better life for themselves and their families. OFWs are the new sacrificial lambs at the economic table to keep the Philippines afloat. Some of them end up in sweat shop environments or given work but not paid at all. This gotta stop and the plug must be put in place in the Philippines.
