Thanks for the add. Im relatively new to pasta making. Tried it many years ago when I first got my machine, but never really bothered with it again. Im retired now and scratch cooking is my hobby. I have two types of machines, electric extruder and hand crank. Ive used the electric several times now. The hand crank I plan to use to make ravioli. Ive made regular and wheat pasta. Nothing like store bought....so much better. Looking forward to sharing and learning with this group.
