Thanks to AliceRedQueen for the great 4 star review on Yadig! yadig/business/dubai/holiday-inn-express-safa-park/1872/ Checked in here early February with a friend in town for a work meeting. Chose this place since it is close to my workplace, and the area is near key areas in the city as well as the metro station. We shared a one-bedroom (with sofa bed) non-smoking unit, and planned to stay overnight which ended up becoming three days since the rates are reasonable, it is close to Safa Park where we took to daily strolls, and we only had to take the metro to meet with other friends, visit several city hotspots as well as malls. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and their breakfast buffet is pretty decent with enough options to satisfy not-so-fussy diners. Besides, anytime one wants something fancier, one only has to head out, and choose from a selection of restaurants close by. Theres a lot of excavation and roadwork still ongoing in this part of the city, but am sure that wont stop my friend and I from going back to this place.
