Room is nicely arranged. Our window overlooked the courtyard. Breakfast was delicious. A variety of choices and very filling. Staff was very helpful. We had many questions and they were happy to help each time. The only downside is our non smoking room initially smelt like smoke. Fortunately I had an odor neutralizer and that cleared it up. Its about a10 minute walk from the Ponto Longo metro station. We enjoy buying local groceries to take home. We were lucky to have a Conad supermarket less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I’m sorry you were let in a non smoking room slightly smelling of smoking, but as you certainly know, some Guest ask exactly for non smoking room and they smoke in. If you have told to the Reception, we have could provide a brand new sanitizing solution based on Nascent Oxigen (Ozone) totally free of charge. It destroys bacteria and viruses, sterilizes surfaces and objects, disinfects bathroom and facilities, prevent the development of fungus and moulds even inside the air condition system, eliminates insect nestled in carpets, pillows and mattresses without leaving any residues or smells by acting a powerful oxidizing action to all parenchyma.
