TEKO AND LIZELLE KISS&MAKE UP! Published: Sunday, 2013/09/22 IN THE past four weeks, Mamelodi Sundowns’ midfielder Teko Modise’s engagement to Lizelle Tabane has seen it all. Sunday Sun kept you updated about the problems and develop-ments throughout. This week, elders from the two families managed to drill some sense into the couple’s heads and persuaded them to go back to each other. This was decided after a lengthy family meeting on Friday.Sunday Sun sources said the meeting was held in Modise’s posh house at Ruimsig, Roodepoort. “After they agreed to forgive each other, Lizelle’s uncles promised to deliver her to her future husband’s home during the week when Teko returned from a game in Cape Town,” said a family member. The drama started when Teko paid lobola of R20000 to Lizelle’s family last month. But she moved out three days later, after allegations of her infidelity. But before she moved out, the couple allegedly fought and Lizelle suffered serious injuries. The former Bafana Bafana star sent a delegation to the Tabane family elders to demand his lobola back, but this mission came home with empty hands. As in all the previous articles on this matter, Teko and Lizelle refused to make any comment on the latest development in the lobola crisis to Sunday Sun.
