HEALTH TIP OF THE DAY. (How To Get RId Of Gallstones In Three Days Without Surgery) Gallstones are lumps or stones that develop in the gallbladder or bile duct. Some of the chemicals which exist in the gallbladder, such as cholesterol, calcium bilirubinate, and calcium carbonate, harden into either one large stone or many small ones. Gallstones can be formed when there is too much cholesterol in the bile. Those who have gallstones may find it difficult to urinate, and may also experience pain in the right side of the body below the ribs, the back, and the right shoulder. To eliminate Gallstones one can go on a two day apple juice fast. Drink nothing but apple non concentrated apple juice every two hours from 8 a.m. until the time you go to bed, which should be 9 p.m. Continue this the second day, but by 4 p.m. you will be done drinking apple juice. While standing straight, drink the entire concoction within 5 minutes. Lie down immediately on your right side and sleep and stay in this position for at least 5 hours. At 9am, take another 1 tablespoon of epsom salts in 3/4 cup of water or apple juice. By 10 am you can start taking fruits and only fruits until lunch time.
