Thanks to GuisboroughJeff for the great 4 star review on TripAdvisor! Much better than other Budget hotels I am a regular mid weekly visitor to Newcastle and usually use Premier Inn in Team Valley - with advance booking it was very good value but now that the prices have been hiked I started to look around again and found Rooms Inn. I have tried other Premier Inns in the area and Travel lodge but they are all a bit grubby. On my fist visit I was upgraded to the Superior Room and whilst the decor is not to my taste it had every facility and I enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hotel has no restaurant or bar but this is budget and I have no complaints - it is only a 10 minute walk into town ( there is a bus stop outside with buses every 10 minutes) with all that Newcastle city has to offer. I booked a second time and this time got the standard room and again - no complaints - clean and comfortable. For £30 ( after online discount) this is excellent value and beats other budget hotels - and all with on site free parking and free WIFI.
