Thanks to all Comrades that believed in our leadership, Congress took place from Saturday 14:00 to Sunday 17:00 in three different venues, the only break we realised was when delegates were moving from one venue to another and when congress collapsed at Wits University. We expected biasness from the deployee, however the NEC deployee was patient, reasonable and he allowed for Comrades to exhaust all matters. The only thing that pains me is that, after congress collapsed at Wits, we travelled to the third and last Venue, the UJ Doornfontein Campus. When we enter the venue, we were flabbergasted to notice that there were more than 25 new faces in the congress venue including EFF members from UJ Doornfontein Campus, henceforth we took a resolution to disregard our plan to contest congress. It is painful when one think that EFF members voted in a Provincial Congress of SASCO. we accepted that comrades Brough bogus delegates but not EFF members Macom. Anyway Congratulations to the newly elected Provincial Executive Committee of SASCO Gauteng.
