Thanks to all our Members for their patience today as we work through a very busy period, due to higher than expected call volumes. We remind Members that they do not have to phone to log a Roadside Assistance request. You can also use the NRMA App (link below) or book online: bit.ly/1odX4gp. As of 2:30pm today we have completed 3,200 calls for assistance. Currently delays are set at 60 to 120 mins in busy areas. Workload is spread across all regions within Metro with no areas without workload. We ask for our members patience as we work through the increased workload and please rest assured that we have all available resources on the phones or on the road. Thanks.
