Always fall back on, you do what you can, when you can and that you are not God. ++++++++++++++++++ NEWS RELEASE 09-19-14 1100 hours: This morning the efforts to locate Mr. Spoor in the waters of Silver Lake resumed at about 0745 hours. Mr. Spoor was found floating in about 7 feet of water by the Town of Salem water recovery team at about 0824 hours. Kenosha County Sheriff’s Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of Mr. Spoor’s death, but an initial overview shows no signs of foul play. An autopsy will be scheduled by the Kenosha County Medical Examiner’s Office.
