Thanks to the revolting individual who felt the need to evacuate his bowels between the hedges on the weirfield, my first job this morning was to have to bath the dog! So my advice for the day is, dont let your dog go sniffing around under the bushes on the far sideof the Weir; and my tip for the individual next time he feels he cannot make it home- utilise one of the carrier bags you have no doubt left lying around on the field, and deposit it in one of the dog bins. And before anyone says it, yes I do pick up after my dogs - I dont want to tread in it anymore than I want them rolling in it!
