Thanksgiving day for me today. Two yrs ago I went to the Dr w/ mild symptoms and was told ultrasound, biopsy, MRI, surgery, I was in a panic >terrified> denial shock state.40 days later 10 + lbs of benign cancer gone. sick for weeks after, in the four weeks that followed I counted on Friends and Family for a lifeline that was holding me together. My Dad died on a Mon. buried him the following Mon,then the following Mon saw the Dr for Eliza showing a huge bone growth in her hip, also a labral tear. Came home to hear a close friend had died that day. Thinking of all the blessings of that month of pain and two years later we are still on the mend but much healthier now.GRATEFUL ! .Happy Thank Full day ! Planning to get on my bike soon and making a Dr appt, today. Reminding all my friends- see your family and friends often and your Dr too.
