Thanksgiving dinner ?s #1 Stuff the turkey or dressing? I always had stuffing. I think I will do both but I like the stuffing muffins idea (leftover that wont fit in the bird in a cupcake pan)..has anyone tried those do they end up dry? #2 Brine, bag, or baste with butter? Ive done all three and Im not sure. I did seem to like the brine and baste method but the bag is easier and still good. #fresh herbs or dry? Dry has a stronger taste that Im used to but fresh seems to taste more fresh.
