That I worked several places around Lenox Square, Part-Time in the 1980’s, and Nancy at the Piccadilly was my Girlfriend, the Piccadilly Closed, she moved, for me not to comment on the Robberies, Hold-Ups, and other Violent Crimes at Lenox/Phipps, when these were so rare, isn’t possible. I sit not 2 miles from Lenox, alone, on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. I’d stay, as a Watchman, if asked, really don’t think I will be, and there might be reasons I don’t want to be asked, this occurred first, perhaps it was 4 or 5 years ago, I was told I could do this, Night Watchman, for a place to park (my Caravan RV), by the Owner, I was told by the Manager back then, it’s a Job, and yes, you could say I’m scared. The “Culture of Violence” is getting more rampant, but I can’t do the heavy lifting, anymore, in the job as I had. Now we have Killings at Little 5 Points, in Broad Daylight, Stein Steel not 6 Blocks away, from another company I was Employed with? Detroit went through these things before Detroit was abandoned. Not Good. The search continues for a Night Watchman, where I can use the motor coach as a Guard-shack, Social Security’s Benefits, is far from sufficient, alone.
