That awkward moment when dipshit New Atheists say that pagans are just appropriating a religion, usually with some snarky, sarcastic comment about checking privilege or something. :p Modern day religions derived from old European practices - paganism, druidic practice, witchcraft, wicca, what ever you call it - *are* the closest thing most Europeans have to a native religion. Some of the things they draw from predate Christianity by a long way, and Christianity certainly didnt start on this continent, did it? Maybe the smug wankers should check their privilege and stop appropriating the religion of central African tribal tradition~. ;)
