“That bad I had to complete a report” Simply put was booked in at this supposed 3 Star Inn, they messed up our booking, relet our rooms, wanted to put us out on the street with nowhere else available. Then the appaling customer service started -avoid this place as there are lots of practices going on which could damage your health and pocket. Owner threatened 2 of my friends and also took money out of accounts without any consent. We stayed in 2 of the rooms one was 1 star quality, the other had white painted breeze block walls. After all the bad service and errors they made, they maintained we were charged a fair price and would not reduce any of the bill. Sleeping on a bed base in my own sleeping bag in a 3 star hotel is not my idea of a good hotel establishment. Would have been better going wild camping rather than this place. Stayed June 2011, travelled with friends
