This guy is changing the World. Gunter Pauli is already implementing Earth Friendly solutions all over the World. He is wonderfully uplifting to listen to. Also he is the head of Japanese think-tank called Zero Emissions Research Initiative and can draw on 3000 researchers World Wide. Their goal is to create 100 million new jobs through 100 innovations 2010-2020. Already theyve creted 188 projects in 45 countries. They created 60 jobs out of a projected 12.000-18.000 new jobs in South Africa and these bakeries make cheeaper and better bread than the industrial bread offered and which is full of sugar and has little to no vitamins. And theyve done it in a sustaniable way. Coffee Waste can be used to grow mushrooms in. So far theyve crated 3 million new jobs. Now they are working on creating paper out of stone wast from mines. They crush it to an ultra fine dust, remove the minerals and mix the stone dust with PE-plast to create paper.
