That person on the left was me over 2 years ago... Unhappy, depressed, over weight, not enjoying my life at all. My heaviest was around 170 that I know of... I stopped using the scale after 170 pounds. Finally one day I just woke up and said Im sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I can either stay feeling this way and be depressed or I can get up and DO SOMETHING about it. My habits didnt change overnight. My weight didnt change overnight. My mood didnt change overnight. And I would be lying if I said it was easy. What I did was take one day at a time, one workout at a time, one failure at a time, one meal at a time, and eventually I ended up a couple years later to my lowest weight of 138 pounds and some ab definition!! Say what?!?! Yup I never thought that was possible. I have done multiple programs but I have been so busy I needed something I could fit into my busy schedule. Last summer Beachbody came out with T25. Shaun T kicked my butt with Insanity and got me down to a good weight but I new I could do better. When I heard about his new program, I thought there is no way with a 25 minute workout Im going to get in great shape. I was thinking Im going to have to be in a STRICT diet to get good results. Well I was lucky enough to be one of the first people to test it out at Beachbody Coach Summit last summer... Let me tell you this workout was no joke... 10 minutes in it Shaun T was yelling at us to keep going and not to give up. So of course my summer workout was 25 minutes long with good nutrition... Not perfect nutrition either. I ended up in the best shape of my life at 138 pounds. I never thought it would be possible to get down to this weight and get muscle definition in my arms and abdomen! You dont need an hour workout to get in the best shape of your life.
