That thud reminds me of a sound I heard around 12:15 am, November 11, 1989. These two are so lucky this did not end in tragedy. The reason they were fighting is of no consequence. That kid could have been seriously hurt or worse. The other one, in a moment of anger and stupidity, or to show off-who knows, elbows his head into a cement wall! I know better than anyone how that can end. No one tried to break it up. Think people. There are lots of people who may deserve a quick smack in the mouth or whatever, but, is winning, or dominating someone worth the risk of hurting, disfiguring or even killing someone? The charge could be assault, assault causing bodily harm, manslaughter, 2nd degree murder, first degree murder. Penalty ranges from probation to life with no parole for 25 years. Kinda sucks going from chemistry class to a federal penitentiary! This is not my opinion! Its my personal experience-been there done that! I disagree, this is appropriate for facebook-not to relish this scene in a voyeuristic fervor, but rather to see and appreciate how wrong this was, how bad this could have been and how much of a waste of 2 lives could have resulted. Dam, those kids have no idea how lucky they both were-that Thud brought chills down my spine. I have not heard that sound for nearing 25 years almost to the day. I hope they both think about that-whoever they are.
