That time of the year when the young start to appear. Here is a juvenile male king parrot going through his transformation who turned up for a visit yesterday. He was not timid at all which I found very unusual and let me come up real close to offer him seed. These are beautiful animals and very trusting once they get to know you. These two hobbies became very much part of my recovery program and still are today regarding what I did (and still do) to deal with depression, anxiety and stress.
