Thats Sunday done with... We had a bit of a lay in this morning, which was nice, I dont think I got up until 10. Anyway I spent the day in the kitchen. I make a brunch for us, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and Baked bacon in the oven. It was the first time that Ive cooked bacon in the oven, and wow it turns out great. An added benefit is that theres no smell, and cleanups a breeze. After that, I started getting supper ready, glazed pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, then rice in the rice steamer, and mixed veg, and bonus, everything turned out :)
