Thats definitely ingenius. I do not think OSHA has jurisdiction there. Sometimes employees need to think outsode the box. Granted if it causes an injury, thats lost productivity and and injured worker, but it looks like this is standard practice there. There is a time and place for OSHA. Not like when Drywall tapers want to wear stilts. Sometimes over regulation contributes to the high cost of American products. Now if they took that ingenuity and developed a safe procedure....
