There are no short cuts to spiritual maturity and the road to emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing can be long and hard. God knows that so many things we face would be impossible for us by ourselves, but what is impossible for man is possible with God. What we cant do in our own strength, we can do in His. When we face challenges, we need to face them not looking at how difficult they are, but look at them from Gods perspective...an example of this is David facing Goliath. He didnt look at him and think, Oh, hes too big, I cant do this, this is too hard. He looked at Him and thought God is with me and hes too big to miss. The right perspective can change anything to make it easier to deal with. When we speak Gods truth and promises into our lives and circumstances, then we can say confidently, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
