Thats great news ... but, its too bad that Chief Justice John Roberts also did not take a true constitutional stance against the ACA (Obamacare) which John Roberts should have called UN-Constitutional and out of the lawful jurisdiction of the Federal government to mandate that any individual be forced to purchase any commodity, i.e., Health Insurance or be taxed for not purchasing the product......
